Digital Personnel File at Jeroen Bosch Ziekenhuis

Paper personnel files are no longer available at Jeroen Bosch Ziekenhuis (JBZ). As of now employees are able to view and edit personnel documents online.

The second step was to enable managers to view their employee's files from behind their own their own workplace. The project was finalized by enabling all of the almost 4,000 employees to access their own personnel files."

Jeroen Bosch chose for Hunite's complete SaaS solution, including scanners and hosting. Procedures were established by Hunite in collaboration with both JBZ and the local Tax Authorities. Due to this approach Jeroen Bosch is no longer obliged to store any original paper documents.

Hospitals implement Hunite

samenwerkende-topklinische-opleidingsziekenhuizenThe HR-network of STZ conducted a selection process in 2008 for a new PI-system and HR portal. The STZ - a cooperation of renowned educational hospitals - consists of large clinical hospitals that provide highly specialized medical care, that have formalized their collaboration in this association.

Based on a comprehensive list of demands Hunite went from long list, to short list, to hit list and eventually was marked first choice in their mutual recommendation towards the individual hospitals. The document, dated September 15th 2008, recommended Hunite to be implemented in combination with either Raet's or Afas' PI-system.

Recommendation document: “The hospitals require reliable information, question driven service with more Self Service for managers and employees, and fast and reliable administrative handling,demand driven service with possibilities for MSS and ESS and efficient advice for all management levels.”

Digital Personnel File of ZGV

After deciding to relocate their HR department externally, it became clear to the hospital "Gelderse Vallei", that there was not enough room to store the space-consuming personnel files. In light of this, the necessity to digitalise approximately 3000 personnel files was high.

Saving on set-up costs, the possibility of decentralized access and excellent security features were the most important considerations."

The project team, set-up by the hospital, formulated a set of demands, which were then aligned with HMRS and accountants. Based on this various quotations were requested.
